Vincent Petrovsky studied ornamental horticulture for 4 years at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, CA. In 1988, he was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers
.
The owner has over 37 years of experience nationally in floral design – from the unlimited design opportunities and possibilities of Palm Beach to floral design commentary and industry design programs. He is now celebrating 33 years in business.
He has learned that creativity comes from a higher source. Through his spirituality he has come to realize that he has many gifts. The most incredible is the healing energy that comes through him and into the flowers that he designs. He named his business Heaven & Earth Floral because of that connection and his personal goal to fully realize that experience. He hopes that his customers receive the love that he puts into every arrangement. He's learned that there are no limits to his creative potential.

I forgot to mention that I needed my bouquet before the wedding ceremony and was able to call him a few hours before our ceremony and ask him to deliver the flowers to me at the hotel I was getting ready at.
