My name is Vincent C. Petrovsky. I am president and owner of Heaven & Earth Floral, Inc. Floral design is my passion and mission in life. I studied ornamental horticulture for 4 years at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, CA. In 1988 I was inducted into the American Institute of Floral Designers. I have 20 years of extensive experience, nationally, in floral design from the unlimited design opportunities and possibilities of Palm Beach to floral design commentary and industry design programs. I have owned my own business for 9 years.

Early on I have learned that creativity comes from a higher source. Through my tremendous experience in spirituality I have come to realize I have many gifts. The most incredible is the healing energy that comes through me and into the flowers I design. I have named my business Heaven & Earth Floral because of that connection and of my personal goal to fully realize that experience. I hope that my customers receive the love that I put into every arrangement I create. I have learned there are no limits to my creative potential.
